2017 saw Ohption (Sole Option) step back from the Next Calibre Crew to pursue a solo vision, The Next Best Time Is Now is the 1st release from the MC as a solo act, It marks a turning of tides in his musical journey.
After releasing their debut album with NC 'SOTS' in 2015 Ohption moved into solo music aiming to make a big impact in the unspoken issues plaguing modern society. 2017 has been an eventful year for Aeonic, playing multiple shows across Sydney and Newcastle, and releasing his first EP "twenty twelve self", a conceptual project in chronological order telling the major events of 2012 and how it made him the MC he is today.
