North West Festival will be returning to 2015 with a massive music weekender. With two nights of free camping and a bunch or fringe activities happening in and around Port Hedland, you won't want to miss this year's festival.

OPTIONAL GREEN FEE - Patrons have the option to purchase a $3 Green Fee when they buy their ticket to help fund the extensive environmental program at North West Festival, which helps all of us reduce our carbon footprint.

CAMPING IS FREE for all 2-DAY, SATURDAY and GOLDEN WEEKENDER ticket purchasers. If you wish to camp you MUST LET US KNOW - LOOK OUT FOR THE CAMPING QUESTION when buying your ticket, and indicate how many will be camping. Please note the campground entry closes at 9.00pm each day. For safety reasons, you will not be able to move your vehicle from the campground until 6.00AM on Sunday 23rd August.  Under 18's may camp however must be accompanied by their parent at all times.

TICKETING TERMS & CONDITIONS;

Patrons agree to the following terms and conditions of ticket purchase and entry to the festival.

VALID PHOTO ID IS REQUIRED FOR ENTRY FOR ALL PATRONS. 

Only the following forms of ID are acceptable for entry to the festival under WA Liquor Licensing Law:

• A current Australian driver's license (international driver's licenses won't be accepted); 
• A current passport; 
• Western Australian Proof of Age Card;
• A current Australian learner's driver permit;
• Proof of Age card or equivalent issued in an Australian state or territory;
• A current WA Photo Card;
• A current NSW Photo Card;
• A Photo Card issued by any Australian state or Territory similar to the NSW/WA Photo Card.

There are no exceptions to the above ID Requirements and international drivers licenses will not be accepted.

IMPORTANT INFO ABOUT UNDER 18 PATRONS: All under 18 patrons MUST be accompanied by a parent at all times. Please refer to the Family Registration page here for more info. No refunds or exchanges on any ticket except as required by and/or specified by the Entertainment Industry Code of Fair Practice. Incorrect purchases are NOT guaranteed a refund and are at the discretion of the promoter.

NO PASSOUTS. Once you enter the festival, you will not be able to leave and re-enter on the same day. This includes access to the camping area.

For Camping Tickets, these terms and conditions must be read in conjunction with the camping terms and conditions.

A camping ticket will give you access to the camp grounds from 3pm on Friday 21nd August 2015. For safety reasons, once you have parked, you may NOT move your vehicle from the campgrounds UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES until sunrise (6.00AM) the morning of Sunday 23rd August 2015. Bus shuttles will be available to go to town during the weekend.
