Sydney-based boutique PR agency & label services company, Rare Finds are proud to announce the first anniversary of their Sydney club night. Set to takeover both rooms at Oxford Art Factory on Saturday 16 April, GENERAL PANTS RARE FINDS will be a celebration of the last year of Rare Finds nights, presented by General Pants Co. and Jack Daniel’s.

Feeling passionately about providing a strong local live platform for outstanding emerging artists, the team behind Rare Finds launched a monthly-curated event in April 2015 with the aim of becoming one of the strongest showcases in Sydney.

After achieving multiple capacity iterations over the last twelve-months, the milestone will be celebrated with a stellar line-up led by Sydney's Deep Sea Arcade and Lime Cordiale who will be joined by rising stars Owen Rabbit, Good Boy, Hedge Fund, Lily & The Bellows, Billy Fox andRoss Henry.

Spending the best part of 2015 writing and recording, one of Sydney's most prolific indie psych-rock groups, Deep Sea Arcade are set to return to the live arena. The band have been working alongside ARIA award winning engineer and producer Eric J Dubowsky (The Chemical Brothers, The Rubens, Chet Faker) and will be largely showcasing cuts lifted from the forthcoming new album for the very first time.

Sydney's Lime Cordiale charged through 2015 traversing the country and releasing three emphatic singles and their third EP 'Road To Paradise'. To date the Northern-beaches outfit have completed two twenty-date tours of North America and multiple sold-out Australian shows right around the country with their most recent achievement selling out The Metro Theatre.

The rest of the line-up will be rounded off with upstarts featuring Melbourne-based producer andtriple j and blog favourite Owen Rabbit, Brisbane-based indie-pop band and recent Laneway Festival Unearthed winners Good Boy, Inner-west post-punk quartet Hedge Fund and local crowd favourites Lily & The Bellows, Billy Fox and Ross Henry.

Drae Leighton and Rare Finds DJ's will be spinning records on the night.

Rare Finds has been operating since 2011, specialising in digital music servicing, management consultancy, publicity and label services for undiscovered Australian artists. Previous clients have included The Griswolds, Megan Washington, Jinja Safari, Cub Sport, Hey Geronimo and Owen Rabbit.
