A culture of its own, Western Sydney's rap scene has developed a loud image that is being heard nationwide. From the grungy streets of Sydney's West we are taught struggle and strength, conveyed through the messages of its most dominant figures.
This April 28th, Oxford Art Factory will house the first 'For The Culture' concert, a show that shines a light on the voices of the West. With acts like Hooligan Hefs and Pete & Enzo, we are proven what coincides within Sydney's rough side. This is juxtaposed with a more poetic Elijah Yo, being lyrically gifted as the best from the West speaking on a wider range of subjects. Diversity flowing throughout the roster, Lazy J contributes a more melodic and catchy element to the first of many 'For The Culture' shows.
With the support of DJ Discretion, bringing the West to the City, the boys prepare for what is referred to as the biggest line up of Sydney West performers. Don't miss out on a ticket, because we don't know when we may see this line up again.
