Fed Square’s latest tasting experience, Flavour Exchange.

For ten years Federation Square has proudly conducted the Wine and Microbreweries Showcases. Starting in Spring 2013, the Showcase Series evolves into an exciting new event, Flavour Exchange.

In partnership with Melbourne food and beverage powerhouse Dig&Fish, Flavour Exchange is a seasonal focussed beer, wine, food and cider tasting experience.

Lovers of Victorian wine, beer, cider and produce will gather to meet the producers, hear their stories and taste their wares! As well as tastings there will substantial bites available all featuring Victoria's finest spring produce, some of the best boutique wines, refreshing ciders and craft beers. You can purchase those items you really enjoy to savour later at home, or take and share with a friend.

Flavour Exchange, held four times a year, welcomes each new season with the best Victoria has to offer.

Wednesday 2nd October and Thursday 3rd October 2013, 4:30pm - 8:30pm.
