Fresh from this year’s VIVID LIVE festival, Dress Up Attack! returns to its Marrickville stomping ground on Saturday September 12th, 2015.

With less than two weeks left until Dress Up Attack! is upon us we are thrilled to announce that Australia's foremost electro/dance/punk outfit THE PRESETS will be joining the festival line up.

The Presets join one of Australia's best loved and most enduring rock bands of all time, the HOODOO GURUS on this year's bill. Also performing at Dress Up Attack! 2015 is punk-meets-pop-meets-riot-grrrl three piece BLOODSas well as Melbourne-based children's entertainment duo TA-DA!!! Ally Spazzy's KIDDYROCK rounds out the live music line up at Dress Up Attack! 2015, while Heaps Decent co-founder, Ro Sham Bo member and Dress Up Attack! favourite DJ ANDREW LEVINS will be working his magic behind the decks.

Some more of our Dress Up Attack! favourites will be returning for the 2015 event. The awesome PAINT WHAT YOU HEAR will once again host workshops on site. This year DANCE CENTRAL will also return to host their biggest Dress Up Attack! dance workshop yet inside the main hall where they will teach festival attendees how to master both Hip Hop AND Tricking/Capoiera dance styles. Newcomers the IRON INK CLUB will provide creative workshops at Dress Up Attack! and once again there will be creative reuse workshops.

The fabulous AWESOME PEOPLE READING BOOKS stage will feature again. Hosted by Craig New, Awesome People Reading Books promises to delight both children and parents with very special readings of some of your favourite kid's books.

We're also excited about the return of the DAD JOKE BAR with its very special host RODNEY TODD, eager to thrill the little ones with some of our roaming guests, delighted to be welcoming Melbourne entertainers BORN IN A TAXIto Dress Up Attack! for the first time, and fired up about the myriad of other activities on site that we'll be sharing with you.

A host of food and drink options will be available on the day. Please note that while food and drink is available on site, families are welcome to bring their own.

Dress Up Attack! is an All Ages event which proudly pushes the boundaries of Children's Entertainment by creating a space for awesome, shared experiences for children and their carers. Dressing up on the day is encouraged but not compulsory.

$1 from every ticket sold will be donated to Assist A Sista Australia - A group of community volunteers who work together to help survivors of domestic violence.

Don't forget: Parents and kids are encouraged to dress up!
