Dave, South London's latest Grime Phenomenon is heading to Australia this summer for a suite of New Year's Festivals and a headline performance in Melbourne, Jan 5th at Howler.

Representing Streatham, South London is 19-year-old mononymous rapper and producer, Dave. Impressing hugely on his debut freestyle back in May 2015, via YouTube channel 'Bl@ckBox', Dave has since clocked up millions of views and streams across tracks such as 'JKYL+HYD', 'Thiago Silva' and his much-revered Fire In The Booth.

Recently releasing the hotly tipped single '100M's', Dave's fast paced, visceral track, finds SG Lewis on production and is peppered with Dave's now infamous pop culture references. '100M's' follows recent releases 'Revenge' and his collaboration with J Hus, 'Samantha', the video for which has racked up over 15 million views in only a few short months.

Inspired by artists like Pink Floyd and Hans Zimmer, the classically-trained pianist employs slower tempos and a broader musical palette than his UK rap contemporaries; bringing him to the attention of Drake, who remixed the song 'Wanna Know' earlier this year.

The last year has been a whirlwind of activity for the 19-year old superstar in the making. Following a joint North American tour with AJ Tracey, a sneaky appearance on Drake's More Life compilation, two hotly anticipated sets at SXSW and a sold out UK tour, Dave has made waves right around the world.
