Crooked Colours' are proud to announce the release of their new EP 'In Your Bones'. The three track EP features the previously released hit single 'Come Down', alongside unreleased singles 'Keep Your Mouth For Lying' and title track, 'In Your Bones'. The opening track, 'Come Down', has led the charge for this young band, gaining popularity both locally and overseas. Released at the end of 2013 it reached #3 on the Hype Machine's most popular charts, cracked the Top 10 on iTunes in Australia and was featured on Australia's premiere radio station triple j. The acclaimed single received remix treatment from a select handful of high-profile artists including Alison Wonderland, Jesse Rose, Yolanda Be Cool and Wordlife.

The title track, 'In Your Bones', continues on from where 'Come Down' finished. It's minimalistic, eerie guitar and percussion lines are delicately balanced with singer Phil Slabber's haunting vocals. Quickly becoming a trademark of Crooked Colours, the track lures the listener closer before the bands trademark synth waves are introduced. Building the songs energy and finishing the track with a gentle yet powerful outro. Keep your eyes open for a string of quality remixes from the likes of Casino Gold, Chiefs, Craig Williams, CRNKN, Sampology, Trinidad and Young Franco.

The central track, 'Keep Your Mouth For Lying' is another perfect representation of the band's sound. It links the two singles 'Come Down' and 'In Your Bones' together perfectly whilst holding its ground as a powerful single in its own right.

Following on from the bands performances at St. Jerome's Laneway Festival and Groovin The Moo Festival the next shows for Crooked Colours will be supporting R F S on their 'Worlds Within Worlds Tour' at the selected dates here.

Crooked Colours will then hit the road for their first ever national tour!

The 'In Your Bones' Tour, presented by Spotify, Artist Cartel and Select Music, will see the band joined by Melbourne duo Deja and Artist Cartel DJs as they stop over in seven cities across Australia this July.
