Hear ye, Beer ye. The Mill on Constance presents a feast of knowledge, beer, and.. well.. food! Mick and Meg Hobson of Goat Pie Guy in conjunction with Mountain Goat Beer will come together to provide a hands-on cooking class on how to make the most of your beer in meals!
You will make many a tasty morsel from marinades to mussels, relishes to roasted rumps, and a whole lot more. We will provide everything for the event, just bring your best frilly apron! You will create, snack, simmer, sip and eventually feast on beery delights created and matched with Mountain Goat beers. You will even take some of your beery goodies home with you!
