Passionately involved in Sydney's culinary scene for a combined 20 years, Woolloomooloo institution China Doll, and it's younger urban sibling, China Lane, are coming together for one night only to celebrate their love of modern Asian cooking.

For one special night on Wednesday 9 May 2018, Head Chef Frank Shek (China Doll) will make his way up from the waters of Woolloomooloo Wharf to join Head Chef Kristian Vale (China Lane) in his kitchen, cooking side by side to recreate some of the restaurants most loved dishes from the past two decades.

Stories of travel, influences from the different regions of Asia and a love of modern Asian cooking will be shared as host Maeve O'Meara chats to the chefs about their favourite memories from the kitchen over the years.
