Well, that's another week done and dusted...Almost!

Don't worry, the weekend is almost here and we can't wait to let our hair down.

For those of you looking to spice up your weekend, we've selected some of our fave events for you to head along to this weekend.


NSW

FREEDOM returns to Oxford Art Factory this Friday, bringing you a slew of new acts including performances by The Lulu Raes, The Pretty Littles, The Million, The Jim Mitchells, Big White, Georgia June, Froyo, GAUCI, The Friendly Friends, Baby Beef and Dream Dog. Spaces are limited so secure a spot beforehand.

For our house music addicts, Universal Nightclub has got a treat for you this Friday, bringing you the next phase of House Solution with Let There By House. Catch sets from Ron Carroll (Chicago) and Enzino Mastantuoni (Naples).

On Saturday, head down to Bondi Pavilion for Flickerfest's hilarious off-kilter selection of comedy shorts while overlooking the breathtaking views of Bondi Beach.

Melbourne-via-Ballarat five-piece, Crepes, have just released their sophomore album, 'In Cahoots', marking a new chapter for the retro-edged pop rock group. To celebrate its release the band are playing a special show at Howler this Friday night. We can't wait!

If you're looking for something to do on Saturday night then we suggest you check out Fascinator at Hotel Esplanade. Let his magical melodies take you to some faraway place with some help from three-piece punk outfit Bitch Diesel. This is also a free event so even more incentive to get down!

Wind down on Sunday with indie folk band The Tipsy Scholars at The Toff in Town. They'll also be supported by Melbourne based singer-songwriter Harrison Musik and Villah.

In his world first Down Under Tour, award-winning Jamaican Reggae Dancehall superstar Konshens brings his energetic performance to the stage at HQ Complex this Friday night. This one's gearing up to be an epic one so get down early!

For those looking for something a little more housey, Aussie DJ Sonny Fodera brings his own groove driven and emotive brand of house to the Fat Controller this Friday.

With sets at some of Europes largest festivals such as Sun & Bass, Let It Roll and Liquicity and several recent releases on Shogun Audio and Spearhead, DJ and producer Macca (UK) is playing at The Sewing Room this Saturday night with support from Clinical Groove, Confusious and Matty D.

Get jazzy this Sunday as The Duke of George celebrates their opening weekend in style featuring the best cabaret in town, Dirty JazzThere are more filthy songs about drinking, thinking and fine dining than you can poke a stick at, and none of them safe for regular consumption.


QLD

Dom Dolla, One of Australias hottest House acts right now returns to Brisbane for an epic headline show at The MET this Friday. He'll be joined by Queensland dance music producer Lowdown.
