Experimental Electronic Music, Future Fashion, and Live Visual Art join forces for one exciting night in Sydney.
Experimental electronic music producer and composer Trovato combines his sci-fi vision with the bespoke styles of fashion designer Luvlok, for a night to remember at the Red Rattler Theatre in Marrickville. Think visionary future fashion, alongside visual art, models and dancers, set against a cinematic sci-fi soundscape.
Trovato deals in unique experimental compositions that bring together atmospheric electronic elements, organic sounds and guitars. Bridging the gap between abstract electronica and dance, Trovato's performance includes future rhythms and live percussion elements to inform and inspire the movements of the models and dancers.
Luvlok presents a brand new fashion show featuring her own hand-made designs, as well as a display of live painting on stage. Experience the remarkable creativity of the designer as she creates her art, while models showcase her wearable art fashion pieces around her.
The music, art and fashion show will be completely live and unrehearsed. The fresh nature of this collaboration is designed to merge art and music. Models and dancers interact with live visual art in a singular feast for the senses, all set to a backdrop of experimental electronic music.
Located in the heart of Marrickville, The Red Rattler Theatre is the perfect venue for this night of experimentation and collaboration. Lovingly known as The Rat, this not-for-profit warehouse venue is run by artists, activists and art-loving volunteers from across Sydney.
