Triffid Psych Night is back for round two this May the 8th for another mind-bending experience with a fully charged line-up ready to take you on a psychedelic journey down the Triffid rabbit hole. 

Headlining the show are Brisbane trio, The Royal Artillery. These jaw droppers shell out a unique brand of Heavy Psych-Blues like no other. Mix 60's & 70's guitar fuzz, then tune it down to C-Sharp and add the aggression of 90's riff-rock and metal and you will uncover the hair raising, conscious expanding tunes of The Royal Artillery.  

Brisbane’s Stoner Psych Rock outfit Death By Carrot are ready to invigorate your senses with their Deep psychonautic Earthborn grooves, descending from the Black Sabbath meets Pink Floyd side of the Rock 'n' Roll tree. Before these kindred spirits comes the sonic storm-stricken trio, Stoker, bringing you thunderous grooves and melting blues inspired by the likes of psychedelic 70’s rock bands. Driven by soul enduring jams and explosive rhythms their high energy will grasp your attention with the intense works of the lead guitar, howling vocals, cosmic drums and ghoulish rhythms. 

They are a band that need to be experienced to be believed, they are Belligerent Goat. Creating unforgettable moments in time through narratives, metaphors and melody. Belligerent Goat combines personal experiences and philosophical musings with fuzz tones, didgeridoo, Spanish guitar, alien synthesisers and melodic melodies. And to open the show are the fuzz laced, heavy psych groovers Zooid. Hailing from the Gold Coast the invigorating psychedelic four piece who assembled during the lockdown, produce a range of material influenced by psych and garage sounds from today’s era whilst paying homage to the titans of the 60s and 70s. The group released their debut single 'Get Out' in February 2021 and are looking forward to recording, releasing and playing more of their material throughout the year.
