THOMAS HEADON With Special Guest Tulliah
Playing his debut Australian shows, rising singer-songwriter Thomas Headon will take in Melbourne’s Howler for two special acoustic performances on Saturday 20 March with special guest D’Arcy Spiller, and Sunday 21 March with special guest Tulliah.
Dubbed a “star on the rise” and a “seriously impressive force in pop music” by triple j, London-based Headon has garnered a dedicated legion of fans around the world since he started posting covers on YouTube as a teenager. Drawing influence from the likes of Rex Orange County, The 1975, Tyler The Creator and Harry Styles, Headon is carving out his own path, with over 25 million streams across all platforms to date, and sold-out UK dates last year.
Released in September 2020, Headon’s six-track The Goodbye EP has collected over 2 million Spotify streams alone and includes hit singles ‘UrbanAngel1999’ and ‘Loving You.’ Premiering on triple j's Home and Hosed, 'Loving You' quickly earned support from triple j tastemakers and scored a 5-star review from the entire Unearthed team, who named Headon Unearthed's Feature Artist in July 2020.
‘Loving You’ also received placement on Spotify's New Music Friday, Lorem and Front Left, among others, and Apple Music’s New Music Daily and Breaking Pop, with a self-directed video featuring more than 100 fan-made short videos – watch here.
Don’t miss your chance to catch this indie-pop sensation when he plays these very special shows for Melbourne fans – You can bet he won’t be playing small rooms for long!
