The Phoenix Lights - Formed in mid-2019, Sydney-based The Phoenix Lights are a seven-piece funk and soul outfit, playing original material with roots of '70s funk, '80s R&B and neo-soul, with a sound completely of the moment. The band is heading back to Lazybones to launch its debut EP, 'The Phoenix Lights'. Playing all-original tracks – including those from the EP – they'll have you grooving along by night's end.

Red Revel - Red Revel's newest venture 'Space Cadillac' dips into the world of experimental funk, blending elements from jazz, afro beats, and a light dash of pop and rock flavours to round out their current vibe. The combination of spacey guitars, psychedelic saxophone effects and a vibrant chorus help guide the listener on a cosmic journey to reach a destination unknown. 'Space Cadillac' is a metaphor for the melancholy bittersweet feeling of being on the road which can be epitomized by the old saying, 'it's not the destination, it's the journey'.

Nightset - Sydney jazz house duo Nightset is the collaborative project of Sonny Grin and Kats, their trademark sound blending elements of nu jazz, house, and electronica with wild live improvisation. Quickly marking their ground as one of Australia’s most exciting emerging acts, Alec Brinsmead (Sonny) and Casper Tromp (Kats) are both working session musicians and are proven staples in the current Sydney live music scene.
