Brisbane events and media collective GRAIN are joining forces with Fortitude Hall for the launch of the next era of Brisbane music by throwing a party for the opening of Fortitude Music Hall’s brand new venue The Outpost! 

In an ode to Brisbane, GRAIN has put together a stacked line-up featuring nine acts with a strong salute to their home city. 

The newest venue in Brisbane will be in good hands for their launch on a night featuring local band on the rise Sweater Curse, who recently sold out their own hometown show last month, alongside Melbourne alt-rockers RAT!Hammock who have been on an upwards trajectory with no sign of slowing down - selling out rooms around the country since the release of their latest hit ‘Ghost’.

Joining them on the night include the dreamy & sophisticated Felivand - who has racked up millions of streams online - as well as psych-jazz act Sycco, who is quickly becoming one of the most exciting new acts to pop up in Brisbane, landing herself support from national radio and a spot on the prestigious BIGSOUND Festival line-up. 

On top of the exciting list of live performances GRAINhas brought together some of Brisbane’s finest to help keep the party going throughout the night. You can expect to see DJ sets from members of Good Boy, Major Leagues,Jeremy Neale, First Beige and Concrete Surfers - spinning their favourite hits all night long.
