Street Pieces are a Brisbane four-piece band that deliver a hard-hitting Rock overload infused with plenty of, blues and charisma.

Since forming in 2013, Street Pieces have asserted themselves as an Alternative Rock powerhouse with a track record including collaborations with Magoo (Regurgitator), Jeff Lovejoy (Powderfinger) and Govinda Doyle (Dead Letter Circus). They have taken it on the road with their east coast tour with performances alongside the likes of Wolfmother, Shihad (NZ), The BellRays (USA) and Richie Ramone. They have continued to release new music, a series of compelling 70’s Metal/Blues Rock in every breakdown.

Their new single " One for the Road " follows on from their well received single CTHULHU.

Street Pieces are now bringing more of their heavy riffs, soaring vocals and relentless grooves into 2020.

Supported on the night by Taine Joso 

Taine Joso is an ensemble formed by singer-songwriter Taine Josephson, drummer Daniel Trochei, guitarist Alex Wilton and bassist Chris Allen in 2018. The group serves to express a vast array of musical influences in their compositions including Jeff Buckley, Led Zeppelin, The Allman Brothers, Nusrat Fateh Ali Khan, TOOL, Soundgarden and D'angelo.The band entered the studio in late 2019 to record with acclaimed Engineer/ Producer Jeff Lovejoy (Powderfinger, Regurgitator, Tex Perkins) to produce the band’s first release “Love Me Like Your Lover” which dropped in April 2020.

The song charted in the rock and overall Triple J –Unearthed chart categories, with plays on local radio and podcasts.

As a challenging year draws to an end The band is preparing for the release of their second single “Riots” on September 24th recorded with Jeff Lovejoy.

Concrete Palms

After bursting onto the Brisbane scene in 2018, Concrete Palms gained heavy traction in the South-East Queensland area. This culminated in opening slots for Aussie rock legends The Screaming Jets and Choirboys respectively in 2019, which saw the band dazzle audiences all over the state with their unique brand of 70’s inspired blues rock. Concrete Palms look to go one better in 2020, with new music, new members, and nationwide shows planned.

Female duo Saint Skirts came into the Brisbane music scene in 2019, They have continued to dazzle audiences with their original music and their own twists on timeless classics and mainstream popular music.

Ailish & Natalie are close friends and have been working together for 8 years before bringing it to the stage.
