Robyn and her 7 piece all-star band will be performing original works from her new EP entitled ‘Holy Mess’. The album was composed a few years ago for Robyn’s Honours portfolio but never released to the public. 

Her Honours thesis explores the influence of the Beat writers of the 1940s on the songwriters of the 1960s. The title ‘Holy Mess’ encapsulates the philosophy of the Beat writers and their belief that the ordinary is extraordinary, that the profane is sacred, or that this mess is holy. 

Supported by dream pop band Dean Forever, Robyn invites you to join her for an evening of songs both new and old, beat poetry and free improv. A night of creativity and chaos.
