Richie Lewis started his musical journey in the late 80s as drummer for local long-haired punks Proton Energy Pills, before forming Tumbleweed and getting out from behind the kit to become a lead singer. Along the way there have been other musical projects - Hot Rollers in 96 (a side project with Kram from Spiderbait), and Richie and the Creeps in the early 00s.

Richie is bringing together a group of friends to revisit and reinterpret songs from his 30 year career: Kram on drums, giving Wollongong the first and only opportunity to hear Hot Rollers songs live; Al Lynch from 90s rockers Fridge and ex Tumbleweed guitarist (1997-2000) on guitar; Natalie De Silver from The Dandelion bringing her incredible talent on guitar and flute; and Matt Houston (Howlin’ Threads) on bass.

Join us for an evening of songs and stories with Richie Lewis and friends.
