Oktoberfest in the Gardens is Australia’s biggest and best Oktoberfest celebration for a reason - because we bring more festivities, fun, and frothies to you each & every year! This year, in conjunction with the team at Oktoberfest Newcastle, Oktoberfest in the Gardens is coming to Newy!

Inspired by a deep love of the traditional Bavarian festival and great bier, Oktoberfest in the Gardens features a station bier hall, authentic German food stalls, DJs, roving performers, sideshow alley, silent disco and an eclectic mix of entertainment and on stage competitions across multiple stages throughout the afternoon and evening. Take your tastebuds on the ultimate Euro trip with a mouth-watering selection of imported German bier, spirits, cider, wine, and a range of other bevies!

Grab your tickets ASAP to spend an unforgettable day partying Bavarian-style!

 Important Ticketing Information

Moshtix is the only official online ticketing outlet. We urge you to double check you are purchasing from Moshtix only, and not a third-party ticketing website. We cannot confirm the legitimacy of any tickets purchased via a third-party ticketing outlet and don't want to see you be scammed out of your hard-earned money.

Ensure you already have a Moshtix account (and you know your username and password!) and if not, then don't forget to sign up for an account in the next few days.

If you are purchasing for your friends too, make sure you have everyone's full name and date of birth ready to go. If you need to reissue a ticket for the incorrect spelling or DOB, there is a reissue fee, so make sure it's correct to start with.

Oktoberfest in the Gardens acknowledges and pays respect to the Traditional Custodians of country throughout Australia and all their Elders, past, present and emerging. Oktoberfest in the Gardens also acknowledges the many First Nations people from other regions as well as Torres Strait and South Sea Islander people who now live in the local area and make an important cultural contribution to our community.

Oktoberfest in the Gardens is a proudly inclusive organisation and an ally of the LGBTQIA+ community and the movement toward equality.
