Melbourne band Northeast Party House bring you their Late Night Cooking DJ Tour. 

Influenced by their Late Night Cooking playlist, the six-piece will be hitting the road this summer as they embark on their first ever national DJ tour. Swapping out their instruments for DJ decks, these curated parties have been on their minds for a long time as guitarist Mitch Ansell explains “we’ve always wanted to take our remixes on the road and create some really fun and engaging nights for ourselves and fans of the more electronic side of the band 

Across their three full length albums, Melbourne band Northeast Party House’s transition from indie guitar band to electronic dance group is evident. A seemingly natural progression sparked from years of DJ’ing at afterparties and clubbing whilst on tour. Recent album ‘Shelf Life’ was nominated for ‘Best Dance Release’ at the 2020 ARIA awards followed by remixes from the likes of Choomba, Client Liaison, Benson & Motez. A national DJ tour has long been a goal for the Melbourne six piece and in 2022 this dream becomes reality.
