Last Sip of Summer Tour
Hawaii and Polynesia’s number one independent commercial recording artist MAOLI is heading to Australia at the beginning of next year, bringing their Last Sip of Summer tour across the country in January 2025.
Kicking things off in Melbourne at Northcote Theatre on January 27, MAOLI will travel up to Metro Theatre in Sydney on January 28, Metro Freo in Perth on January 29, Fortitude Music Hall in Brisbane on January 30, before wrapping up the week at Miami Marketta on the Gold Coast on February 1.
ABOUT MAOLI:
MAOLI, referred to as Hawaii and Polynesia’s No. 1 independent commercial recording artist, has transcended borders with their extraordinary talent, capturing the hearts of music enthusiasts worldwide. The band, which is fronted by Glenn Awong, formed in 2007 and has since performed across the U.S, New Zealand, Australia, and the South Pacific.
In 2020, MAOLI won group of the year and album of the year for their record Sense of Purpose at iHeart’s Island Awards, followed by album of the year and song of the year in 2021. In 2023, the band embarked on the Maoli Music Overload (MMO) tour, selling more than 45,000 tickets across four cities in Hawaii, in addition to selling 11,500 tickets on the MMO US Tour, plus several Festival appearances including Cali Roots and Holo Holo Fest Sacramento.
