Lotic has become one of Berlin’s most original voices of Avant Garde club music. Their latest release and debut album ‘ Power ’ (Tri Angle, 2018) is an expansive exploration of the many ways in which power can be expressed & felt, written during a period of homelessness and emotional struggle. With themes of identity, resilience and fragility through the language of avant garde sound, the echoes and scatters of Lotic’s confrontational arrangements are electronic-music-shaped protests.
