The first KickAss Music & Camping Festival will take place at the iconic Kenilworth Homestead. Combining all things 12 volt & camping plus great music for a genuine KickAss experience! Enjoy awesome music from headliners Ross Wilson and The Black Sorrows and dance along to some top notch local Sunny Coast bands. Join us for two days of live music, great food and fantastic company. With plenty of fun for kids and adults, there are options for the whole family.

Is the KickAss Festival cashless?

Yes, in order to minimise contact as much as possible, we will be cashless at all Kickass managed outlets. This includes the independently run food stalls.

I purchased a Full Event Entry plus camping ticket, when can I set up camp?

If you purchased a Full Event Entry + camping ticket you can arrive and setup camp from 10 AM Friday 2 September 2022 and checking out at 11am Sunday 4 September 2022.

I want to camp next to my friend/s. Can we secure a section together?

If you’re wishing to set up camp with your friend/s, you will need to arrive to the location together.

Is the camping site going to be covid-19 safe?

The camping site will be set up in accordance with the QLD government health regulations relevant at the time.

Non Smoking Event

No smoking is permitted within the festival.

Glass Free Event

No glass is allowed within the festival area. All glass will be confiscated by security. 

Can alcohol be brought into the festival area?

No, alcohol will not be permitted into the festival area however, alcohol can be purchased at the bar located within the festival area. Please Note: BYO alcohol is permitted in the camping area.
