Jessie Gordon & Adrian Galante present the Rodgers and Hart Songbook

Adrian Galante is an Australian jazz clarinetist and pianist. His precocious talent excites and delights audiences wherever he performs, playing both instruments with a depth of knowledge and feeling that very few attain. Jessie Gordon is an award-winning jazz vocalist, storyteller and songwriter. The two met several years ago when they joined gypsy swing band Sassafras, with whom they have created several sell-out Fringe World shows.  

This new show is a celebration of the incredible song writing team of Richard Rodgers and Lorenz Hart. Jessie and Adrian present some of the most beautiful and poetic songs by this talented duo, from the whimsy of ‘Where or When’, to the playful ‘Lady is a Tramp’ to the indelibly romantic ‘Bewitched, Bothered and Bewildered.’ 

They will be accompanied by a trio comprised of some of Perth’s finest jazz musicians featuring Ray Walker on guitar, Danny Moss Jr on double bass and Michael Perkins on drums.
