Grapes of Mirth - Tasmania is six hours of comedy, wine, music, and good times at Josef Chromy Wines in the Tamar Valley.

Six of Australia’s best comedians will make their way to Josef Chromy Wines for an afternoon of comedy, music, wine, gourmet grub, and the most amazing festival vibes.

Tasmania’s favourite day amongst the vines is back, and Grapes of Mirth are bringing with them a heavyweight roster of killer stand-up comedians. Including the star of Rosehaven and Thank God You're Here , Celia Pacquola, the incredibly funny Anne Edmonds, Australian comedy and entertainment icon Lehmo, and Nath Valvo, who will bring his unparalleled energy, quick wit and high kicks to the stage. Rounding out the line-up is the effervescent Dane Simpson and Merrick Watts will be your host with the most.

In addition to the stand-up comedy, we are absolutely thrilled to be bringing In Vino Veritas (In Wine Lies The Truth) to Launceston with an icon of comedy - Tom Gleisner. 

Basically, It’s an open conversation with an iconic comedian where the audience is invited to ask the guest questions. Australian comedy legend Tom Gleisner from ‘HYBPA’, ‘Thank God You’re Here’ and countless other comedy productions will be our very special guest on stage. 

Mez will chat with Tom, take questions and drink wine for about half an hour at the start of the day, before the stand up comedy kicks in. 

This is truly a unique opportunity to see and engage with one of Australia’s greatest comedians. We’re incredibly excited to bring this legend to you all. PUMPED!!!

Grapes of Mirth provides the ultimate festival day with five headline comedy sets, a host with the most, and some sweet DJ tunes to keep you entertained before, between, and after the comedy has ended.

This is an 18+ event, because there are comedians involved, and well, because there are comedians involved.
