Existential pop/dance act Good Brother has announced a massive show at Boney to launch their new single ‘Peace To My Brother’. Riding a deep groove towards a smooth, electric-piano laced crescendo the track is  tailored for the dance floor, demonstrating the exciting fusion of compulsive production with provocative song writing to be found in future Good Brother releases.

Joining Good Brother for the show will be houseparty icons Freak Fandango, bringing their vibrant dance-punk stylings to get the crowd moving.

Good Brother is a bedroom-produced electronic pop act, but not in the way you know. Equally as inspired by the Leonard Cohens of the world as the Jamie xx’s, Good Brother rejects the singer songwriter stereotype of moody self-importance in favour of honest understandings. It can swing from pretentious to self-aware in a single breath, never too far from the generational confusion of a 20-something-year-old in 2019. Good Brother trades Ableton-producer clichés for organic compositions, made from a healthy dose of floating finger picked guitars, dirty 808s, iPhone recordings and deep string synth patches.
