Fairwat returns

Dear Fairway fans,

We’re relocating Fairway to The Illawarra Hotel in Wollongong to ensure the show can proceed with the current format featuring 37 artists. Despite our DA (Development Application) being approved yesterday, we are unable to deliver the show at the standard of which we hold our events. Tickets can be transferred to the new venue, OR full refunds will be offered for those unhappy with the change of venue.

Thankfully all billed artists, including Boys Noize (GER), Confidence Man, Van She Tech, Little Fritter, Willo, Audent, Oots, Pirra, The Illustrious Blacks (USA) excluding Dameeeela and our incredible local artists will still perform at our satellite venue across three rooms from Midday to 4 am on Boxing Day Monday 26th December. Set times and site maps are attached.

We would also like to pass on our HUGE thanks to The Illawarra Hotel for helping us find a Plan B; without them and local businesses supporting local businesses, we wouldn’t be able to proceed. The newly renovated venue is second to none, and we’re grateful that the party can go on across three indoor and outdoor forms. We know that our original venue Port Kembla Golf Club, is disappointed with the relocation, and we will be doing everything we can to make the 2023 event happen at the golf course.

To summarise options, see below;

1 - Full refund via Moshtix; this will be processed (options have been sent via email and text). Refunds will be closed at 9 am this Friday, 23rd December.
2 - Transfer your ticket to The Illawarra Hotel 16-hour event
3 - All bus and golf tickets will be automatically refunded.

We thank Wollongong City Council for all their assistance and support with the DA process and for trying to make events happen within the Wollongong LGA, all the community and stakeholders who have supported the Fairway Music & Golf 2022 event and have put countless hours into trying to bring this years’ event to life.
