Electric Storm has been Darwin’s favourite Halloween Music Festival for 11 years, so we need you to rise from your grave, conjure your ghastly costumes, summon up your crew and enter if you dare to celebrate the scariest night of the year, with the biggest Halloween dress up party in the Southern Hemisphere!
