Eitan Muir Septet
Two drummers, two electric guitars, two saxophones and bass hit dark emo-jazz melodies over complex binaural grooves. Emerging from foggy memories of an honours project taken too far, guitarist Eitan Muir's symmetrical septet synthesizes textures from Balinese gamelan, mathrock and Australian post-jazz to create paintings of crashing waves and delicate star maps. Featuring the insane creativity of Pete Longhurst and Ryu Kodama (drums), Greg Stopic and Alistair Johnston (saxophones), Samuel Killick (guitar) and Tomas Ford (double bass).

Another Green World is a Sydney based duo led by pianist Lauren Tsamouras and features Harry Birch on double bass. The music is written to challenge the role of each instrument in a drum free setting. Another Green World navigates pulsatile, ostinato based compositions where the improvisation is informed by the architecture of each piece.
