Darren Hanlon will take a nostalgic journey back and revisit his debut album Hello Stranger on July 26rd at the Brunswick Ballroom, 22 years after it was launched here in Melbourne.

Hello Stranger was the album that thrust Hanlon into the consciousness of the Australian scene with Punks Not Dead being thrashed by the national broadcaster and gaining him a 45 spot on the Hottest 100.

Darren Hanlon will reunite with the Hello Stranger 2002 touring band (Bree van Reyk, Simon Wooldridge) for this special one-off show. They will perform the album in full as well as some of his other well known songs. This will also serve as the launch to the first vinyl pressing of the album.
