Soothsayer and I OH YOU are proud to present the full 2019 line-up for City Loop. Featuring sparkling electronic landscapes, Afro-jazz and disco, the party in the heart of Melbourne’s CBD is back and bigger than ever on Saturday 23 November.
 
 Spread across two stages - Uptown and Downtown, artists and punters will fill the grounds of Old Melbourne Gaol (RMIT University) to catch performances from some of the most exciting local and international artists.
 
 Delivering aural pleasures on the Uptown Stage is the ever-hypnotic Willaris. K, producer, DJ and funk synthesist Harvey Sutherland (in full live band mode), boundaryless house aficionados Session Victim, as well as globe-hopping radio host and DJ Adi Toohey. Not stopping there, Afro-jazz 5-piece The Senegambian Jazz Band showcase African musical traditions to inspire and awe, while ALTA will perform their tears on the dancefloor trademark bangers, Memphis LK layers her trademark vocal on top of synthesisers while Quiet Blue eases us in with his ambient and instrumental sounds.
 
 A highlight of last year, the Downtown Stage will again serve to make us dance. With Shanti Celeste bringing City Loop’s ever important hands-in-the-air moments, NTS essential Moxie and fresh-faced purveyor of good times Peach, all bringing their unique brand of fun to Downtown. UK come Sydney-sider Jonny Reebok, multi-talent DJ PGZ & opening mixer 14c Aux will also be showcasing their talents in a stacked lineup from gates to close.
