The event organisers have been in touch to let us know that ChillinIt at Forum Melbourne on Friday 23 April, originally at 170 Russell on Friday 18 September 2020, has been rescheduled and will now be taking place on Friday 30 April and moving to April Sun, St. Kilda Triangle.

Statement from event organisers below:

Due to current capacity limits, ChillinIt’s Melbourne shows scheduled to take place at the Forum on the 23rd of April and 1st of May will now be held at April Sun – the open air venue at St. Kilda Triangle.
 
Fri 30 April - Melbourne, April Sun (previously Fri 23 April)
Sat 1 May - Melbourne, April Sun (no change in date)
 

 All existing ticket holders will receive reissued tickets for the new venue from Wednesday 7 April. We wish to acknowledge that the new venue destination, seating modes and / or date change may not be suitable for all ticket holders. Ticket holders who no longer wish to attend are entitled to a full refund from their point of purchase. Refund requests must be submitted by 5pm, Mon 5 April, 2021. 

Your current tickets will be exchanged to this new date and venue, into a comparable area within the price level you originally purchased, and will be issued from Wednesday 7 April 2021. Please check your email after this date for your new valid event ticket. You do not need to take any further action if you are able to attend the event. 

Should you no longer be able to attend the event, you have the option to request a refund prior to 5pm Monday 5 April 2021 by logging into your Moshtix Account and following these steps. If you created your booking as a Guest, Sign Up here to register and access your tickets using the same email address that was used for the booking.

If you have requested a refund, it is now in queue to be processed. Our refund process is taking slightly longer than usual due to the unprecedented number of events rescheduling. You will receive a notification once your refund has been processed, and your ticket(s) will be automatically refunded back to your credit card/PayPal account. Please allow up to 3-5 business days from this notification for the funds to return to your account.  
 

If you're unable to see the refund in your account after this period, please contact your financial institution before contacting Moshtix. If your card details have changed, please wait for Moshtix to contact you directly regarding this.  

Alternatively, if you purchased tickets from an outlet you will need to go back to the point of purchase.
