Event Details

As quiet and unceremoniously as they departed nearly five years ago, Ceres re-emerges with MAGIC MOUNTAIN (1996—2022) - a hugely ambitious, deeply personal body of work that’s as raw and confronting as it is glorious and triumphant.

A missive on life and love - both lost and born anew - Magic Mountain is a remarkable achievement; thematically unlike anything produced in Australian rock music in recent memory, perhaps ever.

A sprawling, deliberate magnum opus. A labour of love, and grief, and the warm embrace of home. Everything deliberately constructed. Not a note out of place. Magic Mountain is everything Ceres has long championed - patient, raw, and earnest - fully realised, fully vulnerable, and fully bought in on this heartbreaking work of staggering scale.

To celebrate the release of their new album and following on from the success of their 2024 Want/Need Tour, Ceres announces their long-awaited Australia-wide Tour for 2025.

Bringing with them support from Armlock, the MAGIC MOUNTAIN (1996—2022) Tour will see the band playing shows in some Australian cities for the first time since 2019.

Don’t miss your chance to see Ceres live throughout February and March 2025.
