Band Together - Fire & Flood

Due to public safety concerns related to the potential spread of coronavirus, Wollondilly Council has made the decision to indefinitely postpone the Band Together 2020 Concert scheduled for 28 March.

Council has received advice from the NSW Department of Health indicating that large gatherings where people are in close proximity could potentially lead to the spread of coronavirus.

Band Together 2020 was planned to be a large event, expected to attract several thousand people in support of local RFS crews and emergency services.

The decision to postpone the event has been made with the safety and wellbeing of the community as a priority. Those who have already purchased tickets will be reimbursed.

Council will be reviewing other upcoming events at the appropriate time with the wellbeing of the community in mind.

Council remains extremely grateful for the hard work of the RFS and emergency services during the bushfires which impacted our Shire and looks forward to acknowledging this publicly at a later date.

Join us for Band Together 2020 fire & flood - Thanking Our Firies and Emergency Services
On March 28^th@ Club Menangle Trackside, Menangle Park from 12pm. GA Tickets just $20.00 and RFS/SES receive FREE entry.

The festivities will run throughout the day with live music, food and beverage stalls, family amusement rides, market stalls and more.

The main music concert will be on the expansive main stage from the afternoon right into the evening with some amazing local talent and acts from across the Australian Music industry, artists performing include Golden Guitar winners Christie Lamb & Luke O'Shea and CMC award nominee, Missy Lancaster- visit the band together website for the full list and stay tuned over the coming weeks as more amazing artists are revealed.

All the money raised from this event will be distributed to our local Wollondilly RFS units, along with the local SES & Wires groups.

There will be free entry to the event for local RFS, emergency services and their families. All children will be free and adult tickets will be $20 each.
