90ivy (formerly The Flowers) is a Sydney-based four-piece indie pop / rock band that write “happy-sad songs for happy-sad people”. In celebration of their brand new single ‘Tiffany’, 90ivy will deliver an enchanting live performance at Oxford Art Factory’s Gallery Bar on Saturday 9th April.
Written by frontwoman Agnes O’Dwyer on her acoustic guitar during lockdown, ‘Tiffany’ boasts an infectious melody and tells a tale of infidelity, inspired by Dolly Parton’s ‘Jolene’ and binging TV shows during lockdown. It’s a welcome addition to their already brilliant discography, which features triple j-backed singles ‘Truly Madly Sleepy’ and ‘You Don’t Say!’.
Having honed their live show on stages with Teenage Dads, CLEWS, Jess Day, Obscura Hail and more, 90ivy’s single launch show is not to be missed.
