2023 Hunter Valley Wine & Beer Festival

Hunter Valley Wine and Beer Festival will be held on Saturday 24th June at Rydges Resort Hunter Valley (formerly known as Crowne Plaza Hunter Valley) Conference and Events Centre and outdoor area. This community event will be one to remember with an extensive array of wine, gourmet food, beer, spirits and cider on offer, festival goers will be spoilt for choice as is always the case with a true Hunter Valley Experience.
With family friendly activities, light entertainment throughout the day and so many taste sensations to choose from everyone is well catered for and more than welcome…we hope to see you there!
TICKETS
General Admission - $15 per entry + processing fee
Final Release/On the day - $25 per entry + processing fee
Tickets includes entry into the festival, memorabilia wine glass, access to 50+ of the best local wineries & craft breweries, distilleries, gourmet food vendors, live music, and other festival activities. Any food or beverages are to be purchased within the festival.
Children under 18 years old are free of charge.
TIME: 11am-5pm
How do I purchase drink tickets?
Drink tickets are available for purchase throughout the festival
$2 per drink ticket
Drink Tickets can be purchased via cash or EFTPOS roaming drink ticket staff on the day of event.
How do I use my drink tickets for wine, beer, cider or spirits on the day?
Drinks are available at each stall holder by presenting your pre-purchased drink tickets:
Wine
30ml wine: 1 drink ticket
(Glass of wine are available and would require 5 drink tickets)
Beers/Ciders/Seltzer
100ml taster below 6.5% ABV: 1 drink ticket
100ml taster 6.5% ABV and above: 2 drink tickets
Cans or 425ml cup below 6.5% ABV: 4 drink tickets
Cans or 425ml cup 6.5% ABV and above: 6 drink tickets
Spirit & liqueur
5-7ml tasters: 1 drink ticket
425ml cup with spirit and soft drink: 4 drink tickets
Drinks will be served in wine glasses or 425ml disposable cups OR can depending on chosen drink size.
*Some exhibitors may charge additional tasting tickets for lower/higher ABV drinks
DONATION: All donations made prior to the day and on the day will be donated to Pokolbin Rural Fire Service
