Gold Coast Beer & Cider Festival (GCBCF) is set to be held on Saturday 22nd October between 11am – 5pm. The founders of Canberra Craft Beer & Cider Festival & Hunter Valley Wine & Beer Festival are looking forward to bringing the inaugural festival to the Gold Coast in October 2022. Gold Coast Beer & Cider Festival will be staged at Broadwater Parklands, where the best craft breweries in the country will reunite to satisfy the interest and quench the desire of the nation’s beer enthusiasts in our first ever park festival. The Festival will feature craft breweries along with live entertainment, food, and a wide range of kids’ activities. 

TICKETS - 

General Admission - $20 per entry + processing fee 

Final Release/On the day: $30 per entry + processing fee (available on Saturday 22nd October, ONLINE ONLY)

Tickets includes entry into the festival, access to 30 of the best local & interstate craft breweries, cider makers, and distilleries, gourmet food vendors, live music, and other festival activities. Any food or beverages are to be purchased within the festival.

Children under 18 years old are free of charge.

TIME: Gates open 11am and gates close at 5pm

TASTINGS Available: Tasting tickets available for purchase throughout the festival for $2 per tasting ticket

How do I sample Brews?

Tastings are available at each stall holder by presenting your pre-purchased tasting tickets:

Beers/Ciders/Seltzer tastings
100ml taster below 6.5% ABV: 1 tasting ticket
100ml taster 6.5% ABV and above: 2 tasting tickets
Cans or 425ml cup below 6.5% ABV: 4 tasting tickets
Cans or 425ml cup 6.5% ABV and above: 6 tasting tickets

Spirit & liqueur tastings
5-7ml tasters: 1 tasting ticket
425ml cup with spirit and soft drink: 4 tasting tickets

Drinks will be served in 200ml or 425ml disposable cups OR can depending on chosen drink size.

*Some exhibitors may charge additional tasting tickets for lower/higher ABV drinks

DONATION: All donations made prior to the day and on the day will be donated to Gold Coast Rural Fire Brigade Group
