A Toodyay Race Club membership is only $50.00 and includes:

• Entry to the annual TABtouch Toodyay Picnic Race Day
• Exclusive access to Members Only Area

Return Bus Transfers

Return bus transfers are available from the Crown Perth Casino to the Toodyay Racecourse for $60 + BF.

Bus tickets also include General Admission into the racecourse.

Pick-up and drop-off details are as follows: 

10.00am - Crown Casino, Resort Drive, Burswood
to Toodyay Race Club, Racecourse Road, Toodyay

6.30pm - Toodyay Race Club, Racecourse Road, Toodyay
to Crown Casino, Resort Drive, Burswood

Marquee Bays

Marquee Bays are $550 + BF each and hold up to a maximum of 25 people. If you have more than 25 people you are able to book an additional bay.

Marquee bays include table and chairs and access to a private bar. You are able to bring your own catering, but no alcohol is to be brought on-course. 

Please note that the cost of the marquee does not include the cost of gate entry. Gate entry is $25 for adults and children under 18 are free.
