No Lights, No Lycra is casual, free form dance movement, where everyone is encouraged to experience the joy and freedom of dance, no matter what their age or ability. The lights are dim, the music is hot, and the guests are all there for the same reason - to shimmy and shake and to hear the music with their ears and experience it with their bodies.
